Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

variety of reports.

Emportant employee master supports various employee actions such as Joining, Exit, Suspension, Resumption, etc
Emportant facilitates the definition of organisation chart in various ways and of unlimited hierarchy. You could create multiple charts for mapping the organisation hierarchy, position hierarchy, location hierarchy, project hierarchy and project assignments, etc. Each of the assignments of an employee is tracked with an effective date thus making the history of assignments easily available to view and report upon.
